Hampshire’s new fast bowler Reece Topley is aiming for multiple format success after his high-profile switch from Essex.
The youngster has impressed enough in white-ball cricket to earn England recognition, featuring in the World T20 final-making squad last month.
But Topley is looking to add a red-ball string to his cricketing bow, insisting he is not just a bowler for the one-day game.
It’s that which partially generated the 22-year-old’s move, electing to move up a division in Championship cricket, while also looking to add to Hampshire’s T20 success.
As well as Chelmsford experience, Topley also talks about the lessons learnt from England’s valiant campaign in India in the shorter format.
